Array It Forward
Array It Forward is an idea created by the members of the First Unitarian Society, in Madison, WI. Essentially donations are made by members of organizations who received funding assistance (grants) for their projects. These donations are then used to fund projects for other organizations hoping to meet renewable energy goals, such as acquiring solar for their buildings or sites.
Championed by Mark Shultz and Nancy Vedder-Shultz, the innovative concept is a generous way for those who benefit from grant programs such as Solar for Good, one of the organizations who helped the First Unitarian Society accomplish their solar project goals, to give back. Ultimately this helps more nonprofits reduce their carbon foot-print and create a more sustainable future for their communities.
The Couillard Solar Foundation has embraced this idea, and we welcome donations of any size to help with our mission. When you choose to donate to the Couillard Solar Foundation as your path to “Array It Forward” you know your donations are focused entirely on continuing to fund grant programs like Solar for Good and Solar on Schools.
