We are so proud to be recognized as a Climate Catalyst in the Dane County Climate Champions program. And we’re in great company!
From schools and public organizations, to local businesses, to solar installers and organizations that support clean energy and sustainability, all in all 49 organizations were recognized. Their achievements included minimizing waste in their daily operations, encouraging and assisting employees reduce emissions when they go to work, making their buildings greener through updates, or just working on making new construction greener.
We gathered for a celebration last Thursday, at the solar pavilion at the Lussier Family Heritage Center to hear from Joe Parisi, the County Exec and Kathy Kuntz, Director of the Dane County Office of Energy and Climate Change. We want to thank them both for their commitment to clean energy and sustainability and their efforts to lead by example for Wisconsin residents.
