How to Order Project Solar Panels

To Order Online

  1. Click on the Request a Quote button below.
  2. Fill out the form with your contact information and order details. Please specify which product you would like to buy.
  3. Submit the quote and one of our sales staff will get back to you within 1 business day with a price. The quoted price is good for 10 business days, after which it may be subject to change.
  4. Please send us a Purchase Order when you approve the quote.
  5. When we receive the Purchase Order, we will invoice you for your order. The invoice will include the cost of shipping unless other arrangements have been made for product delivery.
  6. As soon as payment clears the bank, we ship your order. Shipping details are sent at the time the order is fulfilled.

If You are a Grant Recipient

  • Please contact us at least 8-10 business days before you need the panels delivered. 
  • CSF is happy to sell you additional panels for your project. All net proceeds from panel sales goes back into the fund, and is used to continue the Solar for Good and Solar on Schools programs. Specific panel availability is subject to our inventory. Please contact us to verify current panel availability.
  • Quotes for additional panels are valid for 10 business days. The price of the panel per watt may change if there is more than 10 business days between the initial quote and the request for an invoice. 
  • The cost of shipping is not included in the grant. CSF will invoice you for the shipping costs at the time you notify us about panel delivery. We can’t schedule your shipment until the invoice has been paid.

Paying for Your Order

You have three payment options.

  1. Electronically through an ACH transfer: Downloadable instructions for how to set up this payment are available below. Your order will be processed when the payment has cleared.
  2. Cashiers Check: Send the check to our mailing address, PO Box 382, Deerfield, WI 53531. Your order will be processed once the payment has cleared.
  3. Bank Wire Transfers: If you need your solar panel shipment expedited, then payment via a bank wire transfer is your quickest method of payment. Contact one of our service representatives to receive an invoice and bank wiring instructions.
